Identity &
Self-Worth
“I’ve always done what’s expected. But who am I, really?”
Maybe you’ve spent your life being the responsible one — the achiever, the helper, the one who “has it together.”
You’ve built a successful career, made your family proud, stayed reliable and steady — but at some point, you started wondering:
Is this really my life?
What do I want, outside of other people’s expectations?
Why do I feel lost, even when I’m doing everything “right”?
You’re not broken. You’re not ungrateful. You’re just coming home to yourself 🙏
What Does Identity Work Look Like?
In therapy, we explore the roles you’ve taken on — often without realizing it. We unpack the silent rules you’ve followed about success, worthiness, gender, culture, or identity — and begin to separate your true self from what was inherited or expected.
We work to answer the questions:
Who am I when I stop performing?
Can I be valuable without being “useful” all the time?
What kind of life do I actually want?
What We Might Work On Together
Self-doubt, imposter feelings, or over-functioning
Perfectionism or fear of failure
Feeling stuck in a role that no longer fits
Difficulty making life decisions for yourself
A harsh inner critic that never lets you rest
A longing for authenticity — but fear of disappointing others
How I can be of help
You don’t have to have it all figured out. This space is here for exploration, not performance.
Through honest, grounded, and compassionate work, we’ll explore how you’ve learned to define your worth — and how to rewrite that story.
This is your permission to become more of you. My goal is to create a space for you where you could start by initially sharing your true emotions, your fear and anxiety, and at the same time start prioritising your needs, your aspirations and your goals.
